Caitlin is a first-generation Asian American student originally from the Bay Area and when she is not at coffee shops studying, she enjoys journaling at the beach, playing board games, and listening to live music. This is Caitlin’s first year at UCSB as a graduate who obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from UC San Diego in 2019. Caitlin originally worked at UCSD Thorton Hospital before changing career paths to research upon graduation. Now, Caitlin is happily involved in several projects at UCSB, pursuing her PhD in Educational Leadership, Policy and Research.
