Bio: Kai Burke is a fourth year transfer at UCSB who aims to complete his Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Studies and pursue a career in education. Kai has loved spending time outdoors since he was a little kid and has always felt drawn to the Santa Barbara area. Throughout his college education, Kai has not just learned in the classroom, but also done fieldwork in places as diverse as Australia and the Sierras. When not on the job or doing school work, Kai can be found surfing at Devs or riding around Isla Vista on his pink beach cruiser. Kai has a passion for traveling and motorcycles and tries to combine the two wherever he goes.
