Starting Week 4 through Week 9, CAPS Mental Health Peers will be available at the TSC on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to help you de-stress with fun crafts!  Coloring pages, clay modeling, and mindfulness beads can help your creativity flow and be a productive outlet in relaxation.
